Pros

Freedom and flexibility, love the smart desk setup

Cons

The top only sees you as a number and does not show interest providing with support when revenue targets are not met. Keeps immense pressure on broking teams to the point of collapse + increasing NB targets without providing teams with sufficient resources. You may experience success by sucking up to the right people or having a family member being in a powerful role, without this advantage you are worth nothing. Unless you intend to become a leader with no interest developing your team with a ‘’figure it out yourself’’ mentality, I recommend this company to you. It will be at least another decade until they will be at the same level as other brokerages. I strongly advise to start your career at a brokerage where they focus on technical skills rather than a ‘’boys club/high school “ squad.
