Work very You work harder if female producer. Male counter part given accounts. Females hunt and skin their own. Old boys network environment.

If you're lucky you'll work with a good team of people. Convenient if you live close to the office too.

Cons

Unsociable hours, you always work on bank holidays. Management is generally poor with a lack of guidance. Some colleagues are paid overtime and others aren't.
