Pros

Great work life balance, flexible management team, lots of training/learning opportunities, and immediate exposure to clients' senior management.

It's difficult to identify a growth path. The salary does not keep up with the industry.

It’s always good to hear when a colleague feels that they can integrate their professional and personal goals together. We’re always looking for ways to make that integration stronger. We’ve gotten feedback about more clarity around career paths. We hear you and we’re working to better equip our managers to have meaningful, continuous conversations with colleagues and also build new tools that provide greater transparency and insight.
