Pros

Opportunity tp advance for young professionals. Different types of work everyday. Great coworkers. Excellent place to improve brokerage and negotiating skills.i

Cons

Revenue rules, little acknowledgement that good service leads to retention. You need a sponsor with clout to succeed. Do often you hear we had a bad year no pay increases this year.

Pros

You work with some of the best talent in the insurance brokerage industry. It's a great place to learn the business and develop expertise.

Cons

Inconsistent compensation does not always track with performance. Not enough transparency in compensation process. Can be "silo-ed" at times.
