Pros

The people are fantastic, and individual teams are great places to work. It is a market leader and you will work with some the the biggest names in any given sector. This is both very demanding and also quite rewarding. As a very large company you have the ability to do all sorts of things from courses and further professional development to community and charitable work. I would say there is a good corporate culture and general ethos, perhaps a certain amount of corporate overkill on some things, but they are trying at least.

Cons

Being a very large corporate, it suffers from the usual disconnect between people and management (being higher group management), in terms of salary and progression getting what you want can be very difficult.
