Pros

Largest insurance broker in the world; pretty good pay scale; nice work space; co-workers are pretty nice for the most part, pretty good resources to do the work required; offices are in nice locations; comfortable dress code for an office environment. I would work there again in spite of the cons that I experienced during my tenure.

Cons

Company changing from traditional cubicles to desk-only work spaces which are very cramped that provides no privacy or sufficient space for files and notes. It appears that layoffs are part of their typical business model. Layoffs happen without warning to protect their client data, but the laid-off employee can lose a great deal of valuable notes and data acquired while performing their duties. The company is so large that it is not agile as it should be and it allows for bad managers to have a safe haven to hide. A number of managers are not good and obviously got their jobs because of who they knew and not what they knew. Some of the managers and employees acted like prima donnas. May not be a good place for young professionals to work unless they know what they want and know how to get it.

Pros

- Can't think of any except starting Salary was high Average...

Cons

- No appreciation. - Too much Envy, Drama and gossip going around. - High Management doesn't have a proper performance review system, they judge you based on what they hear only. - No real leadership presence. - No overtime. - Overload of work, short of manpower on some departments. - Some people are clearly favored over others despite everything. - No clear career path. - If you get called by HR, expect to either be fired / warned / hammered. - In some departments you report to more than one manager at a time and you have to complete each manager task on time despite conflict of priorities. - Terrible history in collection and payments for past decade which still cause issues at present. - New assigned employees are blamed for x employee mistakes. - You are forced to take incomplete projects and continue on them with full responsibility of project from A to Z.
