Pros

People I work with are great and my bosses have never micromanaged. Marsh gives you the tools to do your job. Marsh has really good benefits.

Cons

Pay increases are very small and sometimes you go a few years without an increase. There is not any work from home flexibility.

I’m glad that you feel you have the tools you needed to be productive. We are continuing to build opportunities for all colleagues to connect with leaders across the company.

It’s always great to get positive feedback. Though we’re not perfect, Marsh is always looking for ways to make our work environment a place where colleagues are engaged and feel included.

Pros

Outstanding team strengths, resources are amazing. You can find an expert in any area of coverage who is willing to help with a project.

Cons

Culture is pretty bad. There is no sense of team working at Marsh. There is no training program, so if you go in, you need to know what and how to do the job.
