Once you've been there for a while, possibly the opportunity to relocate with the company to a different office location.
Cons
The Los Angeles office in particular is run by a bunch of penny pinchers. The chairs they provide you are an absolute joke. My high school had more new and comfortable chairs. They also expect you to work with just 1 monitor. I actually had to provide an explanation as to why I needed another monitor. As absolute travesty. Lots of the brokers are also very pretentious. They will flat out ignore you if you aren't part of their "group".
