-Very flexible working conditions, -assistance and training provided as needed -can be quite relaxed at points in the year -getting yourself involved outside your area is doable and beneficial to your career

Cons

-can end up quite repetitive work -systems can be frustrating to work with -you have to explain what you do to people often as the business is very large -can be disconnected from others
