Pros

Weekly pay Garner experience in retail Good with understanding personal responsibilities

Cons

As a Part-time associate I rarely got any hours. the max I started off was 15, which dwindled down to 8, sometime I worked 1, 5 hour day out of a week multiple times. All they care about is getting customers to apply for credit cards, and then get angry at the employee if the customer refuses and says no. They did nothing with employee's who were rude, and slacked on their work, they treated them as their best friends, and treated the people who actually did their job as weak peasants. They lay off those people, but keep the lazy folk who talk and joke around

Pros

My co-workers are nice and understanding. The whole store is pretty much about teamwork.

Cons

Management is strict. Customers think they own the place. The managers always want us to work, work, work even though all the work has been done and there are no customers in line. I was hired for part-time and they scheduled me for 40 hours. I tried to make arrangements with my schedule but the manager did not hear me out. You cannot climb the ladder in the store. Low pay for high quality work. NEXT!

Pros

-Weekly paycheck -Some good people -10% discount, stacks up to 20% if there is a store-wide 10% deal going on

Cons

-No good training. Here's a basket of bricks, build a house. -Crap pay(though it should be said that it is above minimum wage) and very inconsistent hours. Worked three weeks at 8 hours, one week at 33 hours, then two weeks at 10, etc... -A lot of cut-throat behavior, especially by the sales floor associates and management. Everyone is looking out for themselves, and higher-ups typically won't inform you if something is wrong, just let it fester then down the line make it out to be your fault. -Discount knocks off taxes but that's about it.
