Pros

It's the same as any other retail job. Management is normally very flexible about changing schedules, taking time off, etc.

Cons

They ask you to do a bunch of stuff that's not in the job description (at least for sales) like cleaning, sweeping, etc., and asking every customer if they want to open a credit card gets kind of tedious.

Schedule Flexibility (Kinda) Close to Home Job Security

Cons

Overworked and underpaid Incompetent coworkers Must wait 60 days for benefits after being hired FT OMG, customers are so rude...some are nice but the rude ones are unfortuantely ...

Pros

They were very flexible with rules and regulations and in the handing out and delivering of consequences that weren't too harsh or severe.

Cons

The atmosphere there was terrible. People didn't work together, they didn't care, had attitudes with you, and you couldn't do your job. And the management, they didn't care either.
