Pros

The 10% discount, if you can even call it that.

Cons

Totally unprofessional, rude, and uncaring upper management. When your managers are constantly talk about each other and try and undermine each other something is clearly wrong. High turnover rate. Most new associates quit within a couple of months. Constant screaming matches between managers and associates on the sales floor. No room for growth. Terrible working conditions. If you are closing, you will never know when you will be leaving. This is just an allover horrible place to work.

Pros

Nice co-workers and that's all the pros.

Cons

Low pay for too many responsibilities, part time hrs are only 16 hrs per week and there is never enough payroll. Constant changes of company procedures, one day ya next day nay!! Managers are not very knowledgeable. A lot of favoritism,if you are a managers pet you can get more working hrs and also move up!!!!! This company really does not care who can do a better job,it's all about who they like. Constantly have to solicit their credit card also you are required to speak to every single customer every time.A lousy 10% discount and 3-4 times a year 20%. Don't ever expect to get a full time position!

Pros

If you need some extra money on the side then this js the only way i can see this job as being beneficial. Flexible hours if your nice to the right manager

Cons

Minimum wage. A raise even for coordinator is only a $1. Managers treat you like cattle on a farm. You are expected to buss your ass even when you make nothing, employee turnover is massive. Full time employees only get 32 hrs a week which is ridiculous. Its a glorifies part-time gig
