Relaxed atmosphere, friendly coworkers, steady work

Cons

poor budgeting, absentee leadership, lack of consistency, virtually no training, worthless open door policy, promotions seem based on popularity over merit. Individual compensation for exceptional performance is basically raffle tickets for a chance to win the singular ten dollar gift card that they offer every month. Beyond that, you get nothing. Holiday bonuses are little if anything at all. Vacation hours don't exist for part-time associates, nd only exist for full-time if you maintain a 30 hour per week average, meaning flawless attendance. If you have to take a sick day, you basically lose benefits for the year, because it is extremely rare for them to schedule more than 30 hours a week.
