Pros
They are always looking to hire people and they usually start you off with the minimum wage. There are opportunities to grow and move up positions which of course come along with increased pay, would just have to depend on which position is presented.
Cons
They can sometimes be too pushy and too controlling of their employees. There was even a time when they threatened to not give us hours if we didn't get enough credit cards.
