      Definitely NOT the same company it was when I started.

      Pros

      Good equipment, like the APU's & inverters that are installed on trucks.

      Cons

      Company takes a "one size fits all" approach to dealing with drivers. Constant repeated nagging messages over the Qualcomm that get tuned out. Dispatches that don't have all required info such as temperature info & unclear pick up info (pick up numbers).

      Pros

      The upscale of this Company is they did have an orientation.

      Cons

      They do not pay you for your miles you drive. Operation in one of their slow trucks is worst than Swift and you really need to look at the abilities to get from pick up to delivery with this slow moving truck. They will stab you in your back when you do a great job after you terminate. You have to spend a lot of time sitting waiting to load and deliver another drivers freight due to the driver running out of hours trying to get a load that he sat all day on waiting. Lies by dispatchers, and treated like you are in a human trafficking event and you are that person.

      Equipment is better than average,,great shop and new terminals...

      Cons

      No miles,,rude dispatchers,,airhead management,,liars,,they give u 3 to 4 25 mile rail loads a week,,700 miles for the whole week,,475 dollars for the week,,dispatchers scream and yell,,dead stuffed trophy animals all around the terminal in mondovi pet semitary vibe,,huge black crickets all in the terminal and yard in Laredo tx...
