Steady paycheck, Other drivers are friendly, you’ll get to know the people you deliver to really well

Cons

Management is just a bunch of sharks. They’ll tell you one thing this week and something else next week and act like they never told you that. They’ll fire drivers on the spot without investigation but have a whole process for someone in the office. Whatever they tell you up front is not how it is. You’re required to do whatever they tell you at any moment even if it makes no sense or you’ll be docked. Their way or the highway.
