Pros
Spent several month contracting for this company and loved it so much I converted. People are genuinely nice and want to do the right thing.
Cons
Although there are some silos as you would typically see in a company, most employees want to help each other. Lots of collaboration, which can sometimes hinder a process or decision. Company still acts like a small start up which can be bad when it comes to documentation and finalization of processes.
