      Engineering focused - Engineers get good authority. Good engineers get more responsibilities. Flexible - Room for personal work style, considerate members. Good perks and stock options

      Cons

      Pay rise are not that good, may be initial pay is the deal. Some time engineering gets more focus than the customer

      uptodate technology.helpful team workers and thios helps spread knowledge.gets hands on experience on debug.this is helpful for a starting position as you will get to know a lot for specialization you have to shift

      no scope for domain change.the starting pay is not that great and hence cause a bit of demoral. management is not very informative about other groups or future plans of company.
