      Pros

      The collaboration among the engineers of Marvell Switzerland office was amazing. Everybody was working hard and helped each other to reach common goals (usually unrealistically fixed by HQ). Kudos to the local management team to have created such a positive work atmosphere. Great IP portfolio.

      Cons

      The work load was sometimes really intense . Approximate management from the HQ that lead to project being shut down after years of developments.
