      Pros

      Has the advantages of working at a big company. Good employee benefits. Employee recognition has improved in recent years. Diverse community, as well as range of products.

      Cons

      As in most other places, quality of projects and group interaction depend on the quality of your manager. Communication skills of some managers could do with improvement. Most teams do not encourage flex hours or working from home.

      - Opportunities for learning and understanding - Flexible timings - Exposure to latest technology

      Cons

      - Less visibility to top management - Not much importance to India design centers from Top management - No Gym, recreational facilities, very very bad food, not a great infrastructure, ultimately i can say poor facility in all aspects other than work
