      SOME of the people there are cool and really try hard.

      Cons

      One of most worst places to work in the silicon valley I cannot recall worse place. Always manager say great place to work but manager not very good there and usually told what to do by founders. Xekcutives are not friendli and they treat people badly to. If you need decide this place or other job, take other job even if other one pay less, this one not worth it because they probably already under pay you. This place get worse by the day too

      -may be a good place for new grads -Lots of talented people around

      Cons

      -Pay is much low compared to market -No one recognizes or acknowledges your Talent/hardwork -CEO & Upper management has issues. Until they recognize and treat their engineers well, this company is going no where. -To sum all together, sweat shop/cheap labour.
