      Pros

      End to end feature development. Touches lot of aspect in development and get great exposure. Get to handle good projects very early.

      Cons

      No promotions, no salary raises until it gets extreme. Technology scope is limited.

      Pros

      I like the benefits in Marvell. Base pay, cash bonus, RSU and each year 15 days PTO. Health insurance is top notch too. Great cafeteria.

      Cons

      Base pay might be a bit low comparing to market average but it's acceptable. Average raise per review needs to be more.
