      Pros

      -Depending on team and manager, opportunities to do something innovative are plenty -Good communication / openness across disparate teams -Depending on team and manager, good work/life balance. -Last but not the least excellent food at discounted price

      Cons

      -a little weaker on the pay scale as compared to other Tech giants (But have to remember this is primarily a semiconductor company and not a primary software company which can reap in huge profits from sale of software /ads)

      Pros

      -free gym -not much drive among employees so it's easy to slack off -convenient location near highways -nice path for lunch time walks -good place if you're lazy or tired of thinking -nice fish tank

      Cons

      -very uncompetitive in the industry -CEO and his family conduct themselves very suspiciously in terms of making deals with their siblings, using corporate funds to host private parties -lack of transparency at every level -no sense of purpose -old computers, servers and equipment -nobody speaks English -corporate culture is to follow, not lead
