      it's a good place to work. But area that you do can be too narrow. No job advancement.

      good working culture. good co-workers. convenient cafe. Flexible hours. but, long hour though. Some politics. but, it's quite minimal compare to other big companies.

      Cons

      no career advancement. expect you to do the exact same old thing until you die. more recognition, more variety will motivate your employees.

      Pros

      So many talents in that firm, culture is great. but the managment expect you to work long hours. Salary is slightly above market rate.

      Cons

      Long working hours, sometime unreasonable demand from seniors. but it's ok, everybody is expect to work long hours, without overtime paid.

      good pay, good benefit, good company technology, overall company is very stable and job security, good location in Santa Clara

      management has probem, top level plays politics too much, engineer works hard but gets no credit
