      Pros

      Focus tech many smart guys, the engineers there are very talented. Work with these guys will make things easier.

      Cons

      management team is not very good, efficiency low. Communication between different group is not easy. There always be many groups do the same thing that make efficiency very low.

      fast moving forward project execution and good teamwork environment. Customer focus and technical oriental in daily works.

      Cons

      too much product lines and some of them are not profitable. No standard working flow is established for different technical part.
