      Marvell IS a great company to work for, despite its management.

      Pros

      It is the first company that I've made money from the stock programs. Great technology! Good benefits. Management is focused on technical development (maybe too much...) Fun activities like an annual Ping Pong tournament. Great campus, with good food and sports facilities. For silicon valley, employees are very stable.

      Cons

      Top management can be scary, and a slip of the tongue in the wrong place can cost you your job on the spot. No one every tells you to stop working.

      1)The growth prospects of the Company are good (especially in the China Market) 2) Less Bureaucracy 3) Still operates like an Start up

      Cons

      1) Work is life nothing else. 2) No time for personal and family life 3) Employees are just resources and they try to get more than 400% from each resource to make profit. 3) Career growth opportunities are limited.
