      - Opportunities to work on some advanced projects and products, - Open access to all peers and most managers - good thing

      Cons

      - Poor communication from management except for work requirements,, - Upper management is very stingy, when company does poorly, employees share the pain, when company does very well management lines their pockets and ignores employees' contributions and sacrifices - No advancement, no opportunity for job expansion, - Employees are resources, not people

      Good place to work if you're willing to work hard

      Pros

      Rewards are good for those who are dedicated and willing to be with Marvell for the long haul. It still feels like a start up in many ways since you can take initiatives to get things done--there are usually few road blocks for intiatives that make sense.

      Cons

      The work hours can be long. Communication is not a strong suit--that is meetings are not considered a top priority. People have to find ways to get the information they need--they need to be able to have hallway conversations about anything and everything. If you're aggressive, this is a good environment for you.

      Paycheck never bounced Some good people to commiserate with Nice Campus close to trails and freeways Location is not bad

      Cons

      expected to work US and Asia time zones every day - yes weekends Mgmt not willing to listen to new ideas or different opinions
