      Engineering focused - Engineers get good authority. Good engineers get more responsibilities. Flexible - Room for personal work style, considerate members. Good perks and stock options

      Cons

      Pay rise are not that good, may be initial pay is the deal. Some time engineering gets more focus than the customer

      Pune division is ok but bangalore sucks

      Cons

      not a good environment in terms of management and there will be no scope for growth Not a transparent environment only few people get benifitted interms of growth and monetory terms
