Business ethics at Mrvl are a bit dodgy - from marketing and sales down to engineering. The executive team lacks the charisma that gives shareholders confidence and employees a sense of security and pride. I observed too much finger-pointing/witch-hunting when things went wrong before collaborating to fix problems. Things run a bit like a startup, but now that headcount is in the thousands, there needs to be more infrastructure.
