- Open and honest culture - Learning opportunities and freedom to explore career options. - Your voice is heard better than the other companies I've heard of. - If you enjoy your work, expect growth. - Per my experience management in general is sharp and good. - Good work life balance. - Decent health insurance. - RTO full time but love the flexibility

Cons

- Compensation is decent but should be improved. Performance based increase in the base pay is not substantial. - Immigration services are limited and not very helpful. There are other companies which have much better immigration help. There is always a consultation fee. Ther should be no cost consultation

- Lots of work, and many running projects at once. This sometime requires extra work hours.
