This company is growing organically, and the people here as well as the work culture/environment feels like family. If you're looking for a place to gain real experience in Quality Assurance/Audit then Marvin is the place for you!
The company does it's best in giving back to its employees through free lunches, and managers/directors are always asking for your well-being. Sometimes life outside work catches up and things go array, but then the people I work with make it better and understand.
The values at Marvin Engineering Company are instilled in the people that work here. Your opinion will always be asked and you will always be listened to. Majority of upper management gives credit, where credit is due, and that feeling is always great and doesn't create distrust or a hostile work environment.
The health and dental insurance are great! I've moved to different cities around LA and I'm always able to find top, quality physicians. The company is fine if you have to leave for the doctors as long you communicate to your managers.
I've seen employees here who decided to change positions and work in a different department, and this company allows that to happen very smoothly. Other company's would disregard your opinion.
Overall, this company looks like it will grow 5x more, and there is a lot of potential to learn and move up, but you need to speak and up let them know that's what you want (just like anything in life).
Cons
The only thing is that some managers need to get real,proper management training. There are so many employees that have worked there way up, but at times they hire from outside and things get sour.
