      None. Honestly can't think of any.

      Cons

      Worst compsny I have ever held a management position in. After reading comments made by (current) employees, i can only concur with all the negative statements made and can honestly say their incompetence and greed were prime factors in my retiring completely.

      Pros

      - When the economy takes a down turn you won't have to worry about a layoff, not at Marvin. What's peace of mind worth to you? - Remote work is now a reality for many at Marvin. - On-point with COVID-19 precautions including mandatory health screening prior to entry, Masks are required, distancing policies for all areas from bathrooms to assembly floor and if there is a potential risk they've got a team and a process to address it.

      Cons

      It can be challenging finding a place to park at the main office and I'd rather not park at the remote lot and wait for the Marvin Shuttle Van that goes back and forth all day.
