Just like people, privately owned companies always have some quirks. If you accept this and have the patience to understand them before making judgement, then you might find you actually like some of them. Here's my favorite, there's opportunity everywhere, seriously opportunity rich for people that like working with others to create the next iteration. People that like challenges and are driven by the feeling that comes from accomplishing something difficult. People that enjoy collaborating to find a method to the madness that works better. This company is growing and working on improvements. They have coffee machines and have lunch you can buy at the facility which is more than was offered a few years ago.
