      Pros

      Good work to life balance. 95% company paid family medical. (the best thing at Marvin).PPO or HMO Job security used to be good. Pay is good for certain positions.

      Cons

      Business is slow in 2024 Mangers and directors selected by loyalty not competency and qualifications. No remote work allowed. no Hybrid work allowed. PTO 10 days for first 5 years of service (below average) . Started to layoff for first time this year (very limited).

      - Unorganized. - No accountability for mistakes. - If you make a mistake supervisor will treat you poorly and ignore you. - Absolutely poor training. Spend one hour with you and that's it. - Favoritism. - False accusations will be made about you. - Poor communication. - Supervisor is secretive, lies, and will use what they know about you against you.
