- When the economy takes a down turn you won't have to worry about a layoff, not at Marvin. What's peace of mind worth to you? - Remote work is now a reality for many at Marvin. - On-point with COVID-19 precautions including mandatory health screening prior to entry, Masks are required, distancing policies for all areas from bathrooms to assembly floor and if there is a potential risk they've got a team and a process to address it.

Cons

It can be challenging finding a place to park at the main office and I'd rather not park at the remote lot and wait for the Marvin Shuttle Van that goes back and forth all day.

Good place for non-experienced, non-educated individuals to step in and start from the ground up.

Cons

No 9/80 schedule, no parking structure for employees. Security surveillance is poor and everyone can walk into their indoor parking lot and take things away.
