Good work to life balance. 95% company paid family medical. (the best thing at Marvin).PPO or HMO Job security used to be good. Pay is good for certain positions.

Cons

Business is slow in 2024 Mangers and directors selected by loyalty not competency and qualifications. No remote work allowed. no Hybrid work allowed. PTO 10 days for first 5 years of service (below average) . Started to layoff for first time this year (very limited).

A paycheck will indeed be issued. But.... is the low pay, demeaning work culture and stress you take on to work here worth it? Answer is: NO. Take my advice - do Doordash, Uber, Lyft anything but work at MARVIN ENGINEERING. Doesn't matter the role, doesn't matter the department. Whether you are on the high end or low end, you will be miserable at this place.

Cons

Run!!!!! and when you run, run faster. You will hate your job, then hate your life and constantly question why you would ever want to work here. Read between the lines in the other reviews. Trust me everyone is saying the same things.
