Upper management is toxic. No yr/yr revenue growth. No gross margin, company would be out of business if the mother company didn't use their test systems. Poor business acumen internal and external. Unreasonable expectations. No people skills. Workplace harassment common place. Silly monthly all hands meetings that execs try to motivate employees with unrealistic business outlooks. And then sing happy Birthday and feed employees cake. Executives hate each other. Disproportionate number of Israeli employees. No employee raises. Products are Low technology electronic test systems. Poor quality. Not an Engineering environment for cutting edge technology and career development. Engineering talent is low. Decent talent leaves. Remaining, low caliper. The list of cons is endless. Avoid this place unless you're desperate for work.
