      Pros

      I really enjoyed having fun during facial or spa parties with old and new friends. If you work hard, you can make a lot of money. Mary Kay provides a ton of great resources online and through the local directors. If you are in need of training, it is out there in some capacity. Plus, the product is AMAZING!! It is easy to sell products that you believe in.

      Cons

      Great consultants need to be self motivated (which is something that I struggle with).
