Altruistic mission, wonderful patients and clinicians. Good place to work if you don't mind keeping your head down and opinions to yourself.

Cons

Flagrant nepotism and disregard for those with legitimate dissenting concerns, even if coupled with potential practical solutions. Top administrators cover for one another yet tout "transparency" as one of its assets. My time at MC was not dissimilar to the experience of the many Federal employees who have resigned from their posts due to the behavior of a certain well-known (soon to be outgoing) national leader, and his supporters.
