Supervisors make you feel supported despite the challenges of the day-to-day work. People have a kind attitude towards one another. The organization is large and constantly growing; there is a lot of room for lateral professional growth.

Cons

Salaries are very mediocre, but this is nothing different from similar organizations in the social work field.
