Pros

Great mission with excellent resources to provide to patients.

Cons

Extremely busy clinics with not enough employees to support the medical team especially when there are call outs or emergencies, the clinic ends up short staffed and employees are overworked with eventual burn out. Managers only worry about themselves and forget about the main staff who are carrying on the day to day tasks. They do not really think about how full these staffs plates already are and do not think twice before pilling it up with more.

Pros

great mission, best president and CEO, holistic approach to community needs

Cons

very low payment, almost no increase in 5+ years of service, little growing potential, MC is growing to fast and without control, very incompetent COO, he seems numbers, not people.
