      Pros

      not sure of many pros they give you the truck but you need the truck to work and they charge you 40 dollars a week so the fuel is not for free

      Cons

      they try to charge you for everything every one have a good excuse but you dont management very bad no help

      Pros

      Decent pay. Okay benefits. Work Alone. Company vehicle and phone that you take home everyday. You feel like you're working for a great company from a corporate view. 6 day schedule when available.

      Cons

      Metrics, no individual bonus. You are great at what you do, your metrics are top notch but you're on a team and your bonus depends on your teams metrics. The bonus pay isn't even good so you're not really losing anything. Why does another person have say in what you can potentially bring home to your family's plate? Split days off but you can get 2 WEEKDAYS off consecutive. Policies always change that don't benefit you mostly. Holidays are normal full workdays so no family time celebrating your American culture for you. You will be spending it with customers who actually schedule those days.

      Pros

      Potential to make ok money. The work itself isn't terrible. If you make the right friends you can have an at fault head on collision that costs the company $2M and get promoted afterwards. If not than you can get canned for nothing.

      Cons

      Too focused on metrics that are set up for you to fail. Too much of the good old boys club and friends taking care of friends while good techs get screwed.
