      Team atmosphere Challenging but rewarding Fast paced Being in the field teaches you how to work alone at a productive and efficient pace to make the most money

      Cons

      The hours can be extremely challenging especially if you enjoy making plans. It is a piece pay model so consistency in the paycheck is hard to come by for at least a few months

      Used to be able to make good money..can't really do that anymore. Dispatching process is horrible and a lot of time is spent driving.

      Cons

      Very good chance to make some good money and learn some Great skills. Decent insurance and 401k options. If you are safe and fast it can be good.
