      Get to meet a lot of great people

      Cons

      Paid by piecework which means what you make depends on what is installed or done, winter months get extremely slow so pay goes way down, way too much micro-managing, supervisors don't really know what to do most of the time they just tell you to call another technician, no work/life balance this job is your life
