Pros

Decent pay if you master the balance of speed and accuracy to complete jobs. Good place to gain a/v, and telecomm experience.

Cons

Overworked for amount of pay. Worked a lot of overtime but did not see the financial benefit because of pay structure. Very flat company. Not a place for much career advancement.

Good befits package, you get to me new people

Cons

Very unorganized... you have to wait for equipment, you work long hours at piece pay that sucks, you have no time for anything outside of the job, underpaid for what they expect of you. I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone until they figure out how to get it organized. You have certain people in management that don't know how to talk to people. This place makes me wish that I stayed at my old job.
