      Work by yourself with a lot of freedom. Management is super cool and tries to work with you. potential for great pay.

      Cons

      Not enough training.(There are far to many times were you will have no idea what to do because you never encountered it before.) Work outside in all types of weather environments. Have to go into crawl spaces, attics, bushes, etc. Spiders, snakes, bugs, dirty houses, Depending on what type of jobs you get, you could work all day and make no money. You will have no personal time. This job will take all your free time.
