      Pay only good at the start ; If you want work life balance not for you

      Pros

      Good if you don't have any skills Really good entry level job Coworkers were really good Independent job if you do not like having a manager on your back Management are cool people depending on where you work

      Cons

      After training you will switch to piece work and get paid per job no more hourly lack of jobs meaning you aren't making any money Sometimes will have to work 6 days a week M-S for weeks on end Not good if you have a family or plan on going to school Management wont really guide you but will get on you for mistakes You will have to do a lot of driving Not that many opportunities to grow Feels like your doing the same thing over and over again

      Thank you for your feedback! Our compensation targets enable our techs to optimize their time and maximize earning potential. In essence, the more experience, diligence, effort - the more money you can make. Our technicians prefer this program because it means they get rewarded based on performance, skills and creating independence in their work environment.
