On the job training and classroom training. Support from direct boss was great. You didn't get pressured into working a job that you felt unsafe at or drive in bad weather, you just called and let them know what was going on.

Cons

You work until the jobs are done. Some days you could get done after an hour or two and some days you are working 10+ hour days.
