      A lot of outside opportunities to make a bit of cash Interesting work

      Piece work when you have to drive long distances is not survivable. Charge back is terrible as well, more so when some managers make a mistake and pushes the problem on the employee who just had money taken from them. They separate pay by area and pay the least for the most expensive area (West Texas). Management in this area is terrible. Literally failed up, and that was several technicians who have said this.
