Pros
Hands on training is quick and straightforward. Some trainers are willing to help you learn so long as you are eager to learn. Training pay is $15 an hour which is decent but travel to work is required (regional training office is in Greenville SC)
Cons
Trainers are hit and miss, with some having very little patience and heavy use of sarcasm. Pay during training is $15 an hour. Pay as field technician is based off of piece work which is a summation of the jobs worked and equipment sold. Can be anywhere from $12-25 an hour. NOT CONSISTENT Takes a while to get a hang of the skills required as a newcomer and your work orders are based according to your work performance from the supervisor evaluations and scorecards. Buddy Buddy system.
